Throughout his career, he has played an important role in coordinating daily operations for organizations serving individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities across all age groups.

Bola’s passion for compassionate care and his desire to improve the lives of people living with illnesses and disabilities inspired him to pursue a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration. He believes that everyone deserves dignity, quality care, and the opportunity to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. The opportunity to help individuals and families experience greater peace of mind, renewed hope, and the assurance of better days ahead remains his daily motivation.

As the Owner and Agency Director of Dependable Caregivers LLC, Bola provides hands-on leadership of the agency’s daily operations, including caregiver scheduling, supervision, service coordination, and quality assurance. He is committed to ensuring that the care delivered consistently reflects the standards, compassion, and reliability promised to every family. His approachable leadership philosophy ensures that families have direct access to him and can feel confident that their concerns will be heard and addressed.

Bola holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Olabisi Onabanjo University in Ogun State, Nigeria, and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Wilmington University in Delaware.
